Since its 2010 debut, Lenovo's ThinkPad Edge series has provided small businesses with an affordable option that combines legendary ThinkPad quality with updated looks. The ThinkPad E220s is the 12-inch sibling of the 14-inch Lenovo ThinkPad E420s notebook. Wrapped in a durable magnesium-aluminum-alloy chassis, this travel-friendly 12.5-inch notebook is built to endure life on the road.

Lenovo ThinkPad E220s Specs:
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
1.4GHz Core i5-2537M
4GB RAM
320GB hard drive
12.5-inch "Infinity Glass" glossy display (1366x768 resolution)
Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000
Integrated 720p webcam
Weight: 3.22 lbs.
Dimensions: 12.3 x 8.4 x 0.85 inches

Lenovo ThinkPad E220s Review

It is the new-look Jaguar of small business notebooks, offering a sporty reinterpretation of a classic aesthetic. The durable magnesium/aluminum chassis is done up in a matte Moss Black soft-touch finish with a thin slice of polished silver trim framing the lid and base. The ThinkPad E220s weighs just 3.2 pounds but is only 0.85 inches thick, whereas the Portégé measures 1.25 inches at its thickest point

The 12.5-inch screen has a resolution of 1,366x768, which allows it to display high-definition content at 720p. This appears to be the same 12.5-inch panel used on the Lenovo IdeaPad U260 with a 16:9 aspect ratio and LED backlighting. The screen provided sharp, bright images, though colors seemed a bit dull. More importantly, the panel does a fine job of displaying small text cleanly.

As with the X1, the Edge E220s is outfitted with a Chiclet-style keyboard that is roomy and comfortable. This new keyboard has a fantastic feel with excellent key travel and each key has a slightly concave surface to help improve typing accuracy.  The chiclet layout will give you countless hours of typing without any fatigue. The E220s has the traditional TrackPoint pointing stick in the center of the keyboard with three buttons below the spacebar.

The notebook has a modest selection of ports including standard VGA, Ethernet, HDMI v1.4, two USB 2.0 ports, a USB 2.0/eSATA combo port and a memory card reader. The E220s has a speaker bar below the screen that holds two very small speakers.  The webcam and microphone were clearly designed for the business users.

The Lenovo ThinkPad E220s offers all of the excellent business features that are synonymous with the ThinkPad brand, and does so with style. The Lenovo ThinkPad E220s, is a great mid range on the go machine.

Toshiba Satellite L745D-S4220 Review

The display's 1366x768 resolution is a standard resolution for mainstream notebooks. The full-sized keyboard is a hybrid between a traditional and island-style keyboard. It uses a hybrid of a traditional layout with flat individual keys similar to what you'll find on Chiclet-style keyboards. The laptop has three USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, VGA, Ethernet and a memory card slot in addition to the DVD drive. Windows 7 Home Premium makes it easy to create a home network and share all of your favorite photos, videos, and music.

Lenovo's ThinkPad T420s is the business user's ultimate Goldilocks notebook. If you're looking for a thin and light 14-inch business notebook, you can choose this T420s. The ThinkPad T420s employs the same extra-thin chassis as the T410s it replaces, now with the latest, second-generation Core i5 and Core i7 CPUs.

Lenovo ThinkPad T420s Specs:
Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
2.6GHz Intel Core i5-2540M
4GB RAM
320GB hard drive
14.0" anti-glare 1600 x 900 WXGA+ LED Backlit
Intel HD3000 (an extra cost option)
3.9 pounds Weight

Lenovo ThinkPad T420s Review

The Lenovo ThinkPad T420s has a very similar appearance and layout to its predecessor, the T410s. At 14.1 inches and 4 pounds, the laptop is extremely light and portable. At 13.5 x 9.1 x 0.8-1 inches and 4 pounds, the ThinkPad T420s is significantly thinner and lighter than competitors such as the HP Elitebook 8460pand Dell Latitude E6420.

The 14-inch widescreen is wider now, adopting the 16:9 aspect ratio most every other laptop in the world. It has an impressive native resolution of 1,600x900, which gives you enough pixels to have two application windows open side-by-side when needed. At 250 nits and with a 300:1 contrast ratio, the ThinkPad T420s's screen isn't especially bright or colorful, but its antiglare surface allows for reasonable viewing angles.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T420s uses the same, classic-style keyboard we've come to know and love on many other ThinkPads. It's a traditional-looking keyboard and arguably the best one in the business, despite so many other laptops moving to a chiclet-style keyboard. The keyboard offers a superior typing experience with strong tactile feedback and smile-shaped keys that make it easy to avoid mistypes.

The Thinkpad T420 features the afore-mentioned Intel Core i5-2520 CPU, which is a dual-core CPU with Hyper-Threading that has a standard frequency of 2.5GHz.  The CPU can not only run two threads per core, but the integration of the memory controller and GPU within the CPU die has enabled faster memory access and graphics performance. The 320GB, 7,200-rpm hard drive booted Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) in a reasonable 60 seconds, just 5 seconds quicker than the category average. The integrated Intel HD 3000 Graphics chip on the ThinkPad T420s is more than powerful enough to play high-def video. For your general computing needs, the integrated GPU is now sufficient for most people.  The T420s also has ample wireless connectivity features, including embedded 3G (via Qualcomm's Gobi technology), 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and options for GPS and WiMAX (4G).

The T420s has a standard 6-cell battery rated at 44Whr. The laptop has two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 ports, a VGA port, a DisplayPort socket, a LAN port, a 34mm ExpreessCard socket (with an optional SD card adaptor) and a docking station connector on the base.

Lenovo G570 Review

Author Admin | 4:01:00 AM

Part of the Lenovo G-Series line, the Lenovo G570 is a budget-priced 15.6-inch laptop made for consumer general use. The Lenovo G570is a 15-inch notebook that has a little more flair than its ThinkPad cousins, featuring a glossy lid and a metal palm rest.

Lenovo G570 43344JU 15.6-Inch Laptop (Black)

Lenovo G570 Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core i5-2410M dual-core processor
4GB 1333MHz DDR3 dual-channel RAM (2x2GB)
500GB hard drive
15.6 inches (1,366x768 native resolution)
Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000
Weight: 5.4 lbs

Lenovo G570 Review

The Lenovo G570’s design is refreshingly simple and straightforward, with one much-appreciated wrinkle under the lid. Even though it is made almost entirely of plastic material, the overall build quality feels very good and considerably solid. Measuring 14.8 x 9.8 x .6 - 1.3 inches and weighing 5.4 pounds, the G570 is easy to move around the home or office and was light enough for an hour and a half of a standing-room-only subway trip.

The notebook has a 15.6-inch 720p (1366x768 resolution) display with HD glare and LED backlighting. The LED-backlit display makes good on its promise to reduce glare, but off-axis viewing is less than ideal. Colours were largely accurate and contrast was excellent on the maximum brightness setting. Viewing angles are reasonable, and the screen has plenty of tilt adjustment to help you find an angle that suits you.

The G570 has a full-sized keyboard with discrete, island-style keys that have slightly rounded bottoms.  The keys are flat, square and spaced out a bit to aid with typing, as opposed to the keys being together, curved and moreso raised. Similar to the ThinkPad Edge line, the large AccuType "smile-shaped" keys are generously spaced and provided nice, firm feedback. The 3.5 x 1.7-inch touchpad has slightly raised dots, creating a pleasant texture for our fingers to glide on. The touch action is very responsive, too, and the pad has a vertical scroll area along its right edge, as well as support for multi-touch gestures such as two-finger scrolling.

Powered by a 2.3-GHz Intel Core i5-2410M CPU, 4GB of RAM, and a 500GB, 5,400-rpm hard drive, the G570 has the guts to handle nearly any task. The 4GB of RAM certainly helps with multitasking, as everything felt responsive even when we had multiple programs running at once. The Lenovo G570 has a 6-cell Lithium-ion battery (10.8V, 48Wh).

Alienware M11x R3 Review

Author Admin | 5:03:00 AM

The Alienware M11x R3 is undoubtedly one of the best ultraportable gaming notebooks. It has been a big seller for Alienware, and rightly so because it combines class leading performance in a thin and light, custom chassis design.  If you want a compact, 11-inch laptop that can still play virtually any game on the market there is no other choice than the Alienware M11x R3.

Alienware AM11X-2894CSB 11.6-Inch Laptop (Cosmic Black)Laptop Computers)

Alienware M11x R3 Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
1.4GHz Intel Core i5-2537M
4GB RAM
500GB hard drive
11.6 inches (1,366x768 native resolution)
Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 and Nvidia GeForce GT 540M (1GB), switched via Optimus
4.4 pounds Weight
1.3x11.3x9.2 inches

Alienware M11x R3 Review

The lid is supported by a heavy-duty hinge mechanism that gives the M11x R3 a solid feel. But the 4.4-pound chassis is heavier than most ultraportables. Build quality is quite good thanks to a magnesium alloy construction combined with matte black plastics and the previously mentioned "soft touch finish" which helps make the notebook scratch resistant.  Due to the weight of just about two kilograms, and a size of 286 x 233 x 33 mm, the 11 inch subnotebook can be transported easily.

The M11x's glossy 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 display provides bright colors and sharp images, but mediocre viewing angles cause images to wash out at even 45 degrees.  A resolution of 1366 x 768 is exactly right for this display size, although a relatively large amount of scrolling will be required in practice, and the handling of several windows can become a bit tedious. It's bright and clear, and works well for both games and video.

The Alienware M11x's colorfully backlit keyboard offers strong tactile feedback with no flex and good key placement.  The keyboard itself has soft and responsive keys that feel good to hit, but the downside is that they are a little too small. The layout of the keyboard is quite cramp as the keys are all placed very close to each other.  Frequent typists and fast writers won't necessarily ever become completely happy since frequent office tasks call for a keyboard with bigger or free standing keys (chiclet design). The touchpad is a good size (80x43mm) considering the small dimensions of the unit. Apart from the multi-touch control with various gestures (scrolling, zooming & turning), the touchpad also supports a horizontal and vertical scroll area.

For an 11.6-inch notebook, the Alienware M11x R3 has its fair share of interesting ports. The laptop includes two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, FireWire, Gigabit Ethernet, a 3-in-1 media card slot, all of the standard audio jacks, and the previously mentioned HDMI and DisplayPort connections.

HP ProBook 4520s Review

Author Admin | 4:16:00 AM

The HP ProBook 4520s is a small and medium business laptop that replaces the older 4510s from last year. This durable laptop offers Core i5 computing power and a striking 15.6-inch display, as well as a comprehensive set of tools for business users on the go.

HP ProBook 4520s XT944UT 15.6-Inch Laptop

HP ProBook 4520s Review

HP ProBook 4520s Specs:
Windows 7 Professional (32-bit)
Intel Core i5 430M Processor (2.26GHz, 3MB cache)
4GB RAM
320GB hard drive
15.6 inches (1,366x768 native resolution)
Integrated Intel GMA HD
6-Cell 47WHr Battery
Dimensions: 14.64 x 9.83 x 1.09-inches
Weight: Starting at 5.27lbs
Atheros AR9285 BGN Wifi, Bluetooth 2.1, 1Gb
LAN LightScribe DVD+/-RW Optical Drive

The notebook comes equipped with a 15.6" anti-glare display with a 16:9 widescreen. The 1,366x768 screen is LED-backlit and has an aspect ratio of 16-to-9; the surface has a matte anti-glare coating that is nonreflective. The LCD while fairly strong at creating vibrant colours and sharp images suffers from limited viewing angles.

The full-size keyboard on the notebook shares the same design as the one found on the 4510s and provides fantastic spacing between keys for typing as well as a dedicated number pad. There is a full number pad and all the keys are in the right place, as you would expect.  Each key is relatively flat with a nice matte texture and the keys sit above a glossy black support frame. The individual key presses are quiet without loud clicking sounds as you type.

The speakers on the notebook performed roughly on average with other small and medium business notebooks. While its speakers have volume, like most laptops it's heavily treble weighted and doesn't give a good experience — you're best using external speakers or headphones if you want to listen to music.

The HP Probook 4520s has three USB 2.0 ports, VGA and HDMI-out, one eSATA/USB combo port, LAN, dialup modem, and audio jacks. It also features an ExpressCard/34 slot and SDHC-card reader for expansion.

Lenovo's ThinkPad X200 series has a long history of combining lightweight portability, epic battery life, and uncompromising performance.  The laptop offers the latest Intel Sandy Bridge processors, a high-quality IPS display, and battery life that is so incredible you've got to see it to believe it.

Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Specs:
Windows 7 Professional
2.5GHz Intel Core i5-2520M
4GB DDR3 (1333MHz)
320GB Hitachi Travelstar hard drive (Z7K320)
12.5-inch Premium HD (1366 x 768) LED Backlit Display
 Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000
2.9 pounds Weight(without battery)

Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Review

At 12 x 9.1 x 1.25 inches and 3.6 pounds (with a nine-cell battery), the ThinkPad X220 is extremely light and thin. It’s easy to slip into a bag or carry with a portfolio or a stack of papers. The optional battery slice, which attaches to the bottom of the system, adds 0.6 inches of thickness and 1.5 pounds of weight.

The ThinkPad X220 employs a 12.5-inch screen, which is a new size from panel manufacturers that you can expect to see more of in the future. The screen features the same 1366 x 768 resolution as the standard display, but the IPS panel provides greater screen brightness, more contrast and wider viewing angles.

The keyboard on the new ThinkPad X220 features a few subtle changes from the previous generation of X200/X201 series keyboards.  The curved keys provide just the right amount of feedback, and the spacing is almost perfect for touch typists like us. The keyboard also has a full array of extended keys such as Scroll Lock and Pause for users who need them. The classic red TrackPoint and buttonless touchpad are Synaptics models that provide an excellent sensitivity and responsiveness as you move your cursor in various applications.

Standard with the ThinkPad X220 is a 6-cell battery that connects at the back of the unit.  The ThinkPad X220 comes with an integrated Intel HD Graphics chip, which is good enough for playing 1080p videos and performing most tasks,. Speaker quality is average as the maximum volume output is loud enough to fill a large meeting room with clear sound. A dock is available with a multiformat burner, Bluetooth is on board, and the Wi-Fi is dual-band 802.11n (2.4GHz and 5GHz).

The Lenovo ThinkPad X220 is an amazing piece of engineering when you factor in all the features it squeezed into a 12-inch frame.  Business users in search of a traveling companion will be hard-pressed to find a laptop better suited to the on-the-go lifestyle than the Lenovo ThinkPad X220

Dell XPS 15 Review

Author Admin | 10:18:00 PM

The new XPS 15 is a completely redesigned multimedia laptop from Dell. It is an impressive 15.6in notebook, offering good build quality, decent video and audio, class-leading connectivity, and plenty of power for the average user.

Dell XPS 15 X15L-1024ELS Laptop (Elemental Silver)

Dell XPS 15 Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Intel Core i5 460M Processor
6GB DDR3 memory
500GB 7200rpm HDD
15.6-inch 1366 x 768 glossy display with LED backlighting
NVIDIA GeForce GT420M with 1GB DDR3
6-cell Li-ion battery (56Wh)
Bluetooth 3.0
Weight: 6.21lbs

Dell XPS 15 Review

The new Dell XPS 15 has a silver on grey color scheme, using metal panels and plastic for the body. At 15 x 10.4 x 1.5-inches and 6.1 pounds, the Dell XPS 15 is somewhat hefty for a notebook with this size display.

The 1366 by 768 display, which is fine for video, could be a bit sharper and crisper when showing a screenful of text; Dell offers a couple of 1920 by 1080 display alternatives. Colors looked vibrant thanks to the glossy surface, although with poor viewing angles, most colors washed out quickly with the screen tilted forward or back. Even at 45 degrees to the left and right colors were bright and colorful. The 1,920-by-1,080 (1080p) resolution display is the highest available on a desktop replacement laptop and a boon for high-definition enthusiasts.

The XPS 15's backlit keyboard offered reasonable tactile feedback and no flex at all, though we wish the keys weren't flat.  The keyboard doesn't feature an internal bezel like most island-style keyboards, but it also has completely flat key surfaces. Typing noise is minimal, with each key only emitting a very soft click when pressed. The large 3.9 x 2.2-inch touchpad on the laptop has a surface that offers just the right amount of friction and smoothly executes multitouch gestures such as pinch-to-zoom.

With its 2.4-GHz Core i5 460M CPU, 7,200 rpm hard drive, and Nvidia GT420 graphics, the laptop offers performance that's good enough for demanding users such as gamers, media enthusiasts, and content creators.  It comes with 3 USB ports (two of which are USB 3.0, the other an eSATA/USB 2.0 combo port), DisplayPort, HDMI, and an HD Webcam. The 2-megapixel integrated webcam, however, is quite nice as is, with Dell's Webcam Center software offering easy and intuitive controls. The notebook's JBL speakers and Waves MaxxAudio 3 sound enhancement provided the best audio fidelity we've heard on any notebook this size. The XPS 15 is offered with either a 6-cell or 9-cell battery.

Overall, the Dell XPS 15 does a very good job with multimedia, and a fair to middling one with everything else. If you're looking for a reasonably priced all-purpose laptop that's great for multimedia and good enough for real gaming, the Dell XPS 15 is one of your best options.

Dell's Inspiron range is made up of the company's entry-level consumer notebooks. Dell's Inspiron 15R N5010 is a 15in notebook with an appealing design and a well rounded configuration.  With a large 15.6-inch screen and a second generation Core i5 processor - and wireless display - it promises much, at a budget price.

Dell Inspiron 15R (N5110)

Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Intel Core i5-2410M processor (2.3GHz, 3MB cache, 2.9GHz Turbo Boost)
6GB DDR3 memory (1333MHz)
500GB 5400rpm HDD
15.6-inch 1366x768 display with LED backlighting
10/100 Ethernet, 802.11n wireless, and Bluetooth
6-cell Li-ion 48WHr battery and 9-cell 90WHr battery
Weight: 5.84lbs

The new Inspiron 15R is built around Intel's Core i5 processors, with a handful of upgrades available for hard drives and basic discrete graphics.  It's powerful enough to handle most demanding tasks for some time to come. The integrated HD graphics supports GPU acceleration, so you'll get good performance with Internet Explorer 9 and the latest generation of tools like Photoshop. The new 15R (N5010) uses a hinge-forward LCD lid design that Dell first used in the premium Adamo series.  The chassis has a slightly tapered design that makes it a bit thinner on the front lip, but fairly chunky at the rear.

Dell uses a 15.6 inch sized display with LED backlight in the Inspiron 15R. The display has a resolution of 1366x768 pixels and includes a glossy surface.   It sits about two centimetres in from the spine, which gives the notebook good balance and a slightly different look to the norm. It's good for video and for gaming, and with 720p resolution makes an excellent platform for editing HD video content.

At first glance, the Dell Inspiron 15R's keyboard looks good with its single key layout (chiclet style). The keys are of the flat-topped, closely packed variety, and the wider 15.6-inch body allows for a number pad to sit to the right of the keyboard. The keyboard features healthy-size keys, including a huge right Shift key, but the four arrow keys are a bit on the small side. The Function keys are reversed and this allows you to change brightness, volume and other tasks without having to first press the Fn button. A large touchpad allows you to perform various gestures with two fingers: it supports two-finger scrolling, pinching and rotating.

Although the Inspiron's weight of 2.6kg means it's unlikely to be taken on the road regularly, its battery lasted just under three and a half hours.  The Inspiron 15R N5010 has a 48 Watt-hour battery installed on its spine and it lasted 2hr 20min in our video rundown test.

The Inspiron 15R is a well-rounded laptop, thanks to its great performance and features for a reasonable price. For the money, the Dell Inspiron 15R is a great laptop.

HP ENVY 14 Review

Author Admin | 11:33:00 PM

HP's high-end Envy line of laptops is one of the few bright spots for notebook design in an industry currently filled with midprice plastic boxes. The ENVY 14 is a well-designed multimedia laptop with great performance and only a few flaws. The HP Envy 14 aims to compete with the Apple MacBook, so the 14-inch model has a slick metal chassis and backlit keyboard.

HP ENVY 14-2070NR 14.5-inch Notebook PC - Silver

Hp Envy 14 Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
2.66GHz Intel Core i5-450M 2.40GHz (Turbo Boost)
4GB RAM
500GB hard drive
14.5 inches (1,600x900 native resolution)
Internal Bluetooth 3.0
Integrated Intel HD graphics and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 (1GB, switchable)
1.11x14.01x9.33 inches
Weight: 5.2 pounds
8-cell Li-ion battery (14.8V, 3800mAh)
2-year limited warranty

HP ENVY 14 Review

The ENVY 14 bears a close resemblance to the Apple MacBook, which isn't a bad thing though does not leave a whole lot of room for originality.  At 5.6 pounds, the Envy is on the chunkier side compared to the 13-inch MacBook Pro (4.6 pounds) and the waifish Sony VAIO S (3.8 pounds). The robust build quality and all that metal make the Envy 14 quite heavy for a mid-range laptop, but also far more durable. While the 215-minute battery life is bettered by both the Asus and Toshiba here, you can work for nearly four hours while away from mains power.

The 14.5-inch wide-screen LED display offers a 1,600x900-pixel native resolution. The text is smallish on the higher-res display, but it’s sharp enough that even small fonts are easy to read.  Moreover the 720p (1366x768) screen resolution is poor and results in a lot of unnecessary scrolling online and in most programs since there are not enough pixels to display content.  The bright panel and sharp resolution show photos off to good effect, but we did find the screen uneven at times, with images a little washed out.

The Envy 14 features a black matte island-style keyboard with large flat black keys. The superb Chiclet keyboard has excellent response, good spacing between keys, and is very comfortable to type on. The ENVY 14 has a Synaptics 'clickpad' - that is, the touchpad has a clickable surface. But its design is not very well.

Sporting a 2.3-GHz Intel Core i5-2410M processor and 6GB of RAM, the Envy 14 performed admirably, posting-above average results on many of our benchmarks.  Taking full advantage of the Beats Audio technology under the hood, the Envy 14 has loud, crisp speakers that easily fill a small room. Despite the badging they are not overwhelmingly better than most notebook speakers; bass is sorely lacking and their placement under the palm rest means muffled sound while typing.

The HP Envy 14 impresses in a number of areas including build quality, design, and performance. It is a very fun wolf in sheep's clothing laptop.

Lenovo supplies a 13 inch laptop with the latest second generation Intel Core processors with the IdeaPad Z370.  The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 has a great-looking design, a comfortable keyboard and is easy to carry.  The laptop gives consumers a welcome pop of color in a market flooded with grays and blacks.

Internal Bluetooth v2.1+EDR
802.11n wireless network adapter (Broadcom)

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 Review

Lenovo has historically done a good job of making their budget laptops look more expensive than their price tag; the IdeaPad Z370 continues that trend. The lid features a 3D square geometric pattern that radiates from the middle of the lid and transitions into a dotted pattern and then a solid pattern. The Z370’s rounded, all-plastic chassis shares the Z360’s pleasing good looks but adds more splash to the design’s color palette. You will be able to travel comfortably with this laptop because it weighs only 4.4 pounds. Measuring 12.9 x 8.7 x 0.8-1.3 inches and weighing 4.6 pounds, the Z370 is small and light enough to carry around comfortably.
The 13.3-inch widescreen 1368 x 768 display is surrounded by a glossy black bezel.  The screen is typical for a budget consumer notebook.  The widescreen LED-backlit display looked good, too, with solid off-axis viewing from side to side (though less so from above or below). It retains the glossy coating that can be difficult outdoors or in certain light.

The Z370 packs a black matte island-style keyboard with generous spacing between its large, flat keys. The single keys have a size of 15x15 millimeters and are slightlyconic. That means they have a slight inward curve that is supposed to improve orientation and accuracy. The keyboard is relatively quiet; students shouldn't have a problem using this notebook in class. The Synaptics touchpad has an excellent dimpled surface and is overall a pleasure to use.  Both mouse keys have been designed as a rocker and are made of one big key.

The Z370 provided a relatively balanced audio experience. Dialogue during movies and news reports was loud and clear. With the new 2nd generation Intel Core i processor, the Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 offers a bit better power consumption that the past Z360. The graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics card, which has primarily been designed for office applications and light multimedia tasks (media rendering).

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 reaches good battery runtimes despite its not very big 6 cell battery. This is a good if not impressive time for a 13.3-inch notebook.

The Lenovo IdeaPad has an aesthetically pleasing design, good keyboard and touchpad, good battery life (five hours) and even decent speakers. If you are looking for a portable laptop with adequate battery runtimes and a good start price, you could very well find satisfaction with the notebook.
