Lenovo ThinkPad T410 Review

The Lenovo ThinkPad T410 features a dual-core Intel Core i5 processor and 4GB of memory, which supplies competitive application performance. Communications are handled by Intel’s 6250 AGN, along with WiMAX. The widescreen 14-inch display runs at 1280×800 or 1440 x 900.  For most users the standard T410 setup will get the job done nicely, and even if Intel’s integrated HD graphics aren’t amazing they can still handle high-def playback and Flash video well.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T410 features the strong tactile feel which made Lenovo famous, along with new, enlarged Esc and Del keys.  The ThinkPad keyboard is still comfortable to type on for hours without creating too much hand strain.

The ThinkPad T410’s 14.1-inch LED backlit screen is available in two resolutions, 1280 x 800 and 1440 x 900. The WXGA+ screen on the T410 with dedicated graphics offers good color reproduction with better than average contrast.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T410 features 4 USB ports, an ExpressCard/34 slot as well as an eSATA, a FireWire 400 port, an audio in/out port, and a Kensington lock slot, VGA, Ethernet, Display ports, a Smart Card reader, and a 5-in-1 card reader.
